JOB SUMMARY:  We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager that will help shape an industry-disrupting, AI-driven senior consumer experience.  If you want to get in on the ground floor of solving a real world need that customers are clamoring for this is a great opportunity for you.  Our mission is to radically simplify the process around making a decision and enrolling in the right Medicare plan entirely online.  Our primary method of engaging with seniors who need our service is via strong partnership in various channels, including financial advisors, pharmacies and healthcare delivery networks.  We need a product individual who will help pave the way in creating best-in-class tools, web services and SAAS platforms designed to maximize our reach and engagement with customers.  We’re looking for someone who loves getting deeply involved in the following:

  • How to optimize the utilization of technology around B2B2C
  • How to delight partners with simplicity of design and ease of use
  • How to use data to ensure all internal and external parties clearly understand results
  • How to communicate with extreme clarity to partners, stakeholders and development teams
  • How to constantly iterate and improve the experience and drive business results

What You’ll be Doing

  • Acting as the product owner of the partner platforms including the Financial Advisor Portal, Partner Facing Web Services and other yet to be designed SAAS solutions
  • Working in close collaboration with the product development team, including developers, designers, QA and scrum masters, building great products together
  • Working in close collaboration with stakeholders, taking them along the journey with you as you rationalize your decisions and present both results and new opportunities
  • Acting as the champion and go-to person as to how our Partners think and design features that improve the platform as a whole vs. one-off customized solutions
  • Working deep in the data weeds understanding how platforms and customer experiences work, how to gather and make sense of results, and how to use data to inform the next steps of our road map
  • Organizing the world of product development including mission statements, customer journeys, road maps, backlogs, priorities, ideation, story creation, etc.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of B2B2C experience working on SAAS platforms and delighting a variety of 3rd party partners
  • Experience leading agile teams and a reputation for being a “team player”
  • Experience building great SAAS offerings and highly leveraged externally facing APIs
  • Experience in insurance or fintech a plus
  • Experience working with a design team to create great UX
  • Highly creative thinker with a strong eye for detail
  • Data-driven with the ability to gather data independently and analyze and present it effectively
  • Curious mind who loves to read and keeps up to date with the latest developments in technology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills that you’ll be asked to showcase
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
  • Proven self-starter, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, expectations, organizing people and getting things done
