JOB Title: Senior Director of Data Science
Location: Nashville, TN (virtual is fine too)
What We’re Looking For
The Senior Director of Data Science will be responsible for building and executing our data strategies to drive improvements to our online platform that increase customer sales, engagement and persistency. This role will work closely with Product, Engineering and Business Development leadership to create data analysis and data models to help advise consumers using our digital platform on their best health insurance plans.
This role reports to the COO with high visibility across the C-suite, including the CEO and our Board.

Our initial business focus is the Medicare insurance space, aiming to help each customer enroll online in the right Medicare product with the best insurance partner given the customer’s specific health and economic needs.
