JOB Title: Partner Success Manager

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our partner team to implement, launch and drive adoption of our service within financial advisor accounts—with an emphasis on driving referrals/sales.  You will be an engaging, experienced and active person with a proven history of driving sales as well as providing delightful support and service.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Establish relationships with our financial advisor and client platforms
  • Onboard and implement new advisor accounts—including training, webinars, and product demonstrations
  • High volume outbound calling to Advisors; 50-100 calls a day
  • Full funnel sales and pipeline account management, through calls and emails daily
  • Drive advisor referrals through pipeline management
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance and troubleshooting for existing partners
  • Generate collateral to promote our service to firms, advisors and their clients
  • Document enhancements and features based on partner feedback to drive product improvements
  • Relationship management of advisors to push for advisor enrollment of clients

Your Skills and Experience

  • Technology account management and sales with 2-5 years of experience
  • Proven success implementing new technology partnerships
  • Experience with technology and data integrations
  • Demonstrated capability in partnering within B2B2C business or channel sales models
  • Wealth management, financial services or healthcare industry partnership experience is desirable
  • SaaS based sales and account management is a plus
  • Ability to outbound numerous calls a day to pipeline of advisors
